Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the buah4f website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and any future applications operated by the Company at the domain buah4f.cam.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses its services for the purpose of sports wagering, casino gaming, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or any other product offered by buah4f.
• "Account" means the individual account opened by a Player upon successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet allocation, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's Account under the terms of an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of a Bonus Fund amount that a Player must stake across eligible games before the bonus balance or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company prior to processing any withdrawal and, in certain cases, at Account registration.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the standard time zone used for all stated operating hours, draw schedules, and processing windows on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the buah4f Platform is restricted. By registering an Account, you expressly represent and warrant that:

1. You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 21 years of age. buah4f enforces a strict adults-only policy. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings forfeited.
3. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed with buah4f or any affiliated gaming operator.
5. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
6. You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.
7. You have not been previously excluded from the Platform for any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Provision of false eligibility information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Registration

To access real-money betting products on buah4f, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Specifically:

• Each Player may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all but the earliest-registered account will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile number, and a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name.
• Payments may be made via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja — all of which must be held in the registered Account holder's name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify buah4f customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• buah4f will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to adequately protect their credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) and player protection standards, buah4f requires all Players to complete identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. The Company reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), valid passport, or driver's license (SIM).
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph clearly showing your name and the bank account or e-wallet number linked to your buah4f Account.
• Proof of Address (if required): A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the past 90 days showing your registered address in Indonesia.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is received and reviewed. The Company commits to completing standard KYC reviews within 3 business days of receiving complete documentation.

Deposits

All deposits on buah4f are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 for bank transfer channels (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon); Rp 20.000 for e-wallet channels (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Processing time: Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet deposits are credited within seconds in most cases.
• Deposit fees: buah4f charges no fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which remain the Player's responsibility.
• Third-party deposits: Strictly prohibited. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an Account review.
• Currency: buah4f does not accept foreign currency deposits. All transactions must be conducted in IDR.
• Deposit limits: Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests submitted between 08:00–21:00 WIB are typically processed within 15–60 minutes following approval. Requests outside these hours may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal fees: buah4f charges no fees on standard withdrawals. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply inbound transfer fees at their discretion.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed to any account not registered in the Player's verified name.
• Withdrawal to deposit method: The Company applies a "return to source" policy wherever possible. Withdrawals will be directed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Company following written request.
• Bonus wagering: Withdrawals may not be requested while Bonus Funds with outstanding Wagering Requirements remain active in the Account. Players must either complete the Wagering Requirement or forfeit the Bonus Funds before initiating a withdrawal.
• Right to additional review: The Company reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours in cases where unusual activity, potential fraud, or an unresolved KYC request is associated with the Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

buah4f offers various bonus and promotional programs from time to time, subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each individual promotion page. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time depositing Players only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. The bonus is non-transferable and has no cash value until all Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
• Standard Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus offers carry a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 200.000 bonus requires total qualifying wagers of Rp 6.000.000 before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of credit unless a different validity period is stated on the promotion page. Unexpired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Sports bets (single and accumulator) typically contribute 100%. Slot games contribute 100% unless labeled otherwise. Live casino games and togel markets may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–25%). Bets placed on certain low-margin markets may be excluded entirely. Full contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Bonus abuse: Strategies that exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or placing opposing bets across accounts — constitute bonus abuse. The Company reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and any associated winnings and to permanently close the Account of any Player found to be engaged in such activity.
• Modification and withdrawal: buah4f reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all buah4f betting and gaming products. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, togel, slots) are published in the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. buah4f does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager except as provided under specific market settlement rules.
• buah4f reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at an obviously erroneous price due to a technical error or human error — regardless of whether the event outcome is known. Players will be notified of any voided bets and their stake returned to their Account Balance.
• For sportsbook products, including bandar bola (bookmaker-style football wagering) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, the Company's settlement decisions are final. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of event settlement.
• Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply and vary by market, event, and Account tier. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted at the Company's discretion.
• All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Published RTP percentages represent theoretical long-run return rates across an infinite number of spins or rounds and do not guarantee specific session outcomes.
• The Company may impose maximum win limits on promotional play. Players who win amounts exceeding these limits during a bonus-funded session may be required to forfeit amounts in excess of the stated maximum win.

Responsible Gaming

buah4f is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Players are encouraged to use the self-management tools available in their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of a single gaming session. The Platform will automatically log you out when the limit is reached.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further real-money wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). During a cool-off, you may not log in, deposit, or place wagers. Cool-off periods cannot be lifted early.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and block all future registration attempts from your verified identity. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

buah4f enforces a strict 21+ only policy. We use age verification technology and document checks to prevent underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access the Platform, or derive an unfair advantage over other players or the Company.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live casino games, or coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotions.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or matched betting using Platform bonus funds, as defined in Clause 7.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing buah4f staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error are void and will be removed from the Account Balance.

Intellectual Property

All content on the buah4f Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, software, text, imagery, audio, video, game interfaces, and the overall arrangement and presentation of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or content.
• Use any buah4f trademark, trade name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, buah4f, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in odds, prices, or market information displayed on the Platform resulting from technical errors, provided that the Company acts promptly to correct such errors upon discovery.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to live score feeds, statistical data, or promotional copy.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. buah4f makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors or security vulnerabilities.

Privacy & Data

buah4f collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at buah4f.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• buah4f does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Data at rest is stored on secured servers with access controls appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting customer support. Deletion requests may be declined where the Company is required to retain data for legal or regulatory purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which buah4f holds its international gaming license. The Company operates under a valid international gaming license issued by a recognized regulatory authority.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your country of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. buah4f does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any particular location.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the Player and the Company shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by the arbitration body. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits the Player's right to seek urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
